Where our guidance comes from
Food-safety requirements change, and you deserve to see exactly what we are working from. This page lists the primary sources behind our guidance, when each one was last checked, and every regulatory update that has been reviewed by a person before reaching your plan.
How updates are handled
- 1. A source is retrieved from the official publisher and stored with a timestamp.
- 2. We compare it to the version our content is based on.
- 3. A person classifies the impact and decides what, if anything, changes.
- 4. Approved changes are published with a new content version and listed below.
- 5. If your saved work may be affected, you get an attention item — we never overwrite content you have approved.
We do not claim to keep you compliant automatically, and a status of “Current” means the source was successfully checked and the content version passed review — not simply that a job ran.

No reviewed regulatory updates have been published yet. Rather than list changes we have not verified, we leave this empty until a reviewer signs one off. Until then, please read the primary sources below for the current requirements that apply to you.
